Doctor Dagge
My beloved father died of cancer 16 years ago. He was known for his loud, boisterous laugh and his magnificent moustache.
"Yes, Doctor Dagge, the one with the moustache!" people said.
So well-liked. So loved. The church was overflowing, and I cried so hard that it echoed throughout the room. It still hurts, even though it's been a long time. His constant longing for the sea, fishing, and the archipelago—that was his place. It was also my place, together with him.

Contributor: Catrine Näsmark, born in 1970 and raised in Djursholm, has extensive training in the arts.
Catrine often paints things that are or have been part of her life. Portrait painting is also a big part of her artistry, something she has been working on for the past 25 years. Among those who have had their portraits painted by Catrine Näsmark are King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia.
She has also held courses in portrait painting under the auspices of the National Museum. Although set design occupied her earlier days, Catrine soon left stage design to devote herself entirely to painting and portraits.
Catrine is often commissioned to paint portraits of famous and unknown people, including "The Most Powerful Woman of the Year" as awarded by Veckans Affärer, the outgoing chairman of the Swedish Bar Association, and the Governor of Stockholm.
Catrine lives and works in her "House of Näsmark" on Lidingö, has two 17-year-old twin boys, Roma, a wonderful Cane Corso, and rides two motorcycles: a BMW K1100 and an Indian Chief Bobber Dark Horse. She is also a proud ambassador for Indian Motorcycle Sweden.
