DONATION – CHARITY SALE
A live foal fee for 2024 for the champion sire Maharajah, who has topped the charts in Sweden in recent years. The buyer is entitled to breeding rights starting in 2023 until one (1) live foal is produced.The entire foal fee will be donated in full to the horses at the Hippodrome in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Key areas where the funds will be used at the Hippodrome:
- Sawdust: Almost all the factories where we used to buy sawdust have closed due to the war, or have temporarily halted operations due to power outages. As a result, sawdust is very expensive now
- Electricity: We haven't had power very often since October 10, 2022
- Wood-fired ovens: We are going to buy or build wood-fired ovens
- Firewood: Firewood for the ovens
- Hay: Hay for the horses. The price of hay is rising ahead of winter
- Oats: Rising feed costs
