A rising star who's leaving the Saturday races!

Twist of Lemon showed great promise, and she seems to be passing on her talent; both Dirty Martini and Everglo Lemon are regulars on Saturdays.

Twist of Lemon won her debut as a three-year-old in 1:17.5 and posted a time of 1:14.5a over 2,140 meters to finish second in only her second career start! She also placed third in the Oakskvalet. Twist of Lemon is a sister to the 1:11 trotter Unstirred Drink, who, among other achievements, placed third in the E3, fifth in the Stoderby, and competed at the very top of her crop. The dam line traces back to Maiden Yankee, the dam of Muscles Yankee, a Hambletonian winner and extremely significant for breeding as the sire of Muscle Hill. The same dam line also produced the Elitlopp horse Vivid Vise As. Twist of Lemon’s son Everglo Lemon has, among other achievements, won V75 races.
