Mistral’s Daughter was herself a talented racehorse, and her two offspring of racing age have posted times of 1:12.6 and 1:13.7, respectively. From a maternal line that consistently produces winners.

Mistral’s Daughter won four races, earned over a quarter of a million kronor, and posted a time of 1:14.1 for her trainer Åke Svanstedt. She is a full sister to three other top-class milers: Pampero, Quite Windy, and Storm Cloud. Mistral’s Daughter descends from one of Swedish harness racing’s most important maternal lines: her great-great-grandmother is Minerva. This pedigree has produced millionaires such as Poochai, Criks Hurricane, Eli Sea, Je t’Aime Dream, and, not least, the breeding stallions from Menhammar: Intoxicated, One too Many, and Never Again. Two of Mistral’s Daughter’s offspring of racing age have set records of 1:13.7 or better.
