Pappa Tekno Odin is the second-most successful Norwegian cold-blooded horse of all time, and as a breeding stallion, he sires classic winners. Gräsgrön is the perfect blend of classic Norwegian and Swedish bloodlines!

Gräsgrön’s dam, Sundbo Smaragd, has a pedigree steeped in cold-blooded history, with Järvsöfaks as her sire; her granddam, Smulan K., has been something of a unique figure in breeding: her offspring have racked up 104 wins and earned 6.8 million! Among them are the millionaires Rolex K. (who won the Kriterium and the Derby), Pålex K. (Swedish Champion), and Truls K. Six of Sundbo Smaragd’s siblings have also set a record of 1:28.5 or better. Sundbo Smaragd’s firstborn, Eskils Joker (b. 2017), has won races in both Sweden and Finland.
