Musketeer is the younger brother of Stefan Melander’s top sire, Porthos Amok, who earned 3.3 million kronor, posted 10 perfect races, and finished second in the Svenskt Travderby behind Mosaique Face when the latter set a new Swedish record. Sire the combination of Maharajah and Pine Chip on his maternal grandfather’s side has produced, among others, Devil Sound and Strong Heartbeat. Musketeer’s X-ray results were normal.
