About the horse
e. Googoo Gaagaa u. Quantum Victoria ue. Super Arnie
This is a daughter of the talented Quantum Victoria, who won four of her first five starts. In breeding, she has produced, among others, the double V75 winner Quantum Estelle 13.1a 539,587 SEK.
Her sire, Googoo Gaagaa, has enjoyed great success with his first crops, producing offspring such as Derby winner Hail Mary 10.1a SEK 7,694,000, Kriterie winner Power, 10.1a SEK 9,885,510. Hambletonian winner Captain Corey 08,7a $1,090,333, Breeding Race winner Bythebook 10,3a SEK 3,337,388, and Usain Töll 09,8a SEK 2,727,941. Three of the above have French blood on their mother's side, as does Lamarr through his great-grandmother, Elite mare Pejla Sund.
Sometimes the class of Googoo Gaagaa's daughters has been questioned, but it is important to note that Googoo Gaagaa only has 17 Swedish-born mares born in 2018 or earlier, compared to 43 stallions/geldings. Among these 17 mares are Flaming Ace Sisu 12.3a SEK 1,165,458, Bahama Passion 12.4a SEK 746,250, and Maggiore 11.8a SEK 478,800.
If you compare Googoo Gaagaa with other stallions that have Swedish-born offspring of approximately the same age in terms of their daughters' results, such a comparison is to Googoo Gaagaa's advantage:
One of 17 mares (5.9%) has earned over SEK 1 million. This is a higher percentage than for Trixton (5.1%), Bold Eagle (4.5%) and Up And Quick (2.0%).
Two of 17 mares (11.8%) have earned over SEK 500,000. This is also a higher figure than for Trixton (11.4%), Bold Eagle (9.0%) and Up And Quick (6.1%).
11 of 17 mares (64.7%) have won races, compared to Up And Quick (59.2%), Trixton (54.4%), and Bold Eagle (50.7%).
It should also be noted that Googoo Gaagaa was given a value letter A for very good heredity in the fall, a rating he would not have received if his daughters had not measured up.
