Cook Island was an exciting prospect who showed top-class potential as a three-year-old. Among other achievements, she won the Swedish Trotting Association’s Young Horse Series in 1:14.1a over 2,140 meters and also finished second in a qualifier for the Norrland Elite Series. Her maternal grandmother, Armbro Volcano (1,166,613 SEK), is a full sister to none other than Waikiki Beach, who in turn is the sire of the world’s all-time leading money-winner in trotting: Varenne!
