Revolutionary lines and a promising start!

Twist of Lemon’s first two offspring have competed successfully in V75, and she herself raced against the top horses of her crop. Add to that the fact that she comes from a maternal line that has revolutionized the sport of harness racing!

Twist of Lemon won her debut as a three-year-old in 1:17.5 and posted a time of 1:14.5a over 2,140 meters to finish second in only her second career start! She also placed third in the Oaks Qualifier. She is a sister to the 1:11 trotter Unstirred Drink, who finished third in the E3 and fifth in the Breeders’ Crown, among other achievements. The dam line traces back to Maiden Yankee, dam of Muscles Yankee, a Hambletonian winner and extremely significant for breeding as the sire of Muscle Hill. The same dam line also produced the Elitlopp horse Vivid Vise As. Twist of Lemon has made a promising start to her breeding career with the V75-winning Everglo Lemon and Dirty Martini, who has seven wins in 20 starts.
