Emelie is a two-year-old mare who has been in professional training for 13 months. She comes from a fantastic dam line where her mother Kemp's Emilie is a sister to the stallion Trixton! If we go back another generation in the pedigree, we find horses such as Andover, Adams, Angus, and Conway Hall! Other highly sought-after top horses from the same dam include the American top three-year-olds Venerate 1.09.2 and Delayed Hanover 1.08.9!
Emelie is trained continuously and is a fine trotter, but she is still a little tense around other horses.
