The three-year-old is getting better!

El Sacrificio has had a slightly scattered debut season, but showed early talent by qualifying as a two-year-old and making his debut already in February this year. El Sacrificio has only made a handful of races and shown irregularity, but also speed. He took a record of 1.17.9 (2:04,2) over 2.140 meters this summer, but has raced sporadically.

El Sacrifico’s dam Orizaba was a really fast horse who sat a lifetime mark of 1.10.9 (1:54) and the dam is the same as Hula Lobell, mother of Waikiki Beach, who produced the world’s most winning trotter ever: Varenne.
