Modern Variatic W.F. was sold for SEK 180,000 at Kolgjini Sales in 2011, and was re-auctioned at Åby's Grand Prix auction in 2012 for SEK 260,000. Varenne's maternal grandfather has been very successful in several different combinations.

Since the catalog was printed, Cosmoz Rice has made three starts and set a record of 15.9l, while Delwin Rice has made five starts and set a record of 15.9am.

Third dam Aldyth Hanover produced D.Train, who in turn produced the stallions Donato Hanover and Here Comes Herbie. She also produced D.Liteful Hanover, who is the dam of Reijo Liljedahl's three-year-old top colt Epsom As, who has earned SEK 1.7 million in his first eight starts.
